If you would like to request a refund, and the product is in its original condition, please return it to our Richmond warehouse below for a 100% refund.(Excluding Fresh Fruit)

**Fresh Fruit Return Policy**
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, returns or refunds are only available at the time of pickup. Please inspect your order upon pickup. Once the fruit has been picked up and taken home, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
